If you decide to proceed with partnering with us, you'll e-sign the proposal and submit a deposit to get started—no paper, no hassle.

Discovery and Onboarding

We understand that every business is unique, and so are its design needs. In the discovery stage, we define and articulate your design requirements, preferences, and long-term objectives.

Every building in NYC has its own story. During onboarding, we listen closely to yours and build a strategy around your space, audience, and long-term goals.

Every Florida property presents unique design variables, from hurricane codes to coastal humidity to mixed-use developments. During onboarding, we build a strategic foundation around those realities.

We host a 90-minute onboarding session either on-site or virtually through the HH Designers app. This session allows us to evaluate your physical space, workflow requirements, building limitations, and operational objectives.

You’ll work directly with our Executive Vision Director, who leads our creative discovery process. We ask deeper strategic questions about your audience, brand positioning, long-term growth plans, and the customer journey within your space.

We also evaluate local factors such as county permitting timelines, high-velocity development schedules, storm-rated requirements, and occupancy classifications that may influence layout decisions.

From this session, we create a detailed design brief outlining scope, timeline, financial framework, and aesthetic direction. You move forward with clarity and confidence.

Research and Schematic Design

Florida’s commercial design landscape is competitive and rapidly evolving. We combine market research with spatial intelligence to create environments that feel both distinctive and strategic.

We begin by analyzing your immediate market. That includes competitor positioning, demographic expectations, seasonal population shifts, and brand presentation norms in your region. The Spec Book

Your Spec Book is your complete build roadmap, customized for Florida’s permitting processes, contractor coordination, and compliance standards.

You receive a professionally organized printed Spec Book along with digital CAD files and PDFs ready for distribution to your architect, contractor, or engineering team. The documentation is structured to eliminate ambiguity and reduce RFIs during construction.

Included are comprehensive interior design drawings, reflected ceiling plans, lighting layouts, millwork details, finish schedules, elevations, and product specifications. It is engineered for efficient execution across multi-disciplinary teams.

Throughout construction, our team remains available to answer contractor questions, clarify design intent, and assist with material substitutions if supply chain shifts occur.
