SALT Steakhouse

When renowned restaurateur David Mizrahi conceived of SALT Steakhouse, an upscale steakhouse located adjacent to Pier Village in Long Branch NJ, he envisioned a space that would draw visitors to both its exquisite flavors and trendy ambiance. He handpicked the HHDesigners team to produce a design that would feel both current and classic, offering a fine dining experience that fused modern elegance with a sophisticated, cosmopolitan vibe.

With the restaurant situated in close proximity to the beach, one challenge was to create a design that would invite more casual daytime beach-goers as well as upscale dinner patrons. To accomplish these goals, The HHDesigners team infused a contemporary, industrial look with irresistible warmth and energy worthy of its Jersey shore home. When the restaurant opened in August 2021, it had been pre-booked for months.
